Classes are being conducted by Soneji from Irvine who has been teaching yoga at Irvine's Senior Center for the last 27 years and has dedicated himself to teaching yoga and its ability to reduce ailments.

Details for the class:

  1. Meditiation will start promptly at 8:00am

  2. Arrive ten minutes before class start time to settle down, meditate, and etc.

  3. Turn off our cell phones in the parking lot

  4. Maintain silence when you enter the temple

  5. If possible, do not eat a big meal two hours prior to class

  6. Only bring one small hand towel with you - no yoga mats or beach towels.

  7. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so that you are able to participate fully.
