Details for the class:

  1. Meditiation will start promptly at 8:00am

  2. Arrive ten minutes Meditiation will start promptly.

  3. Arrive ten minutes before class start time to settle down, meditate, and etc.
  4. Maintain silence when you enter the temple

  5. If possible, do not eat a big meal two hours prior to class

  6. Only bring one small hand towel with you - no yoga mats or beach towels.

  7. Wear loose, comfortable clothing so that you are able to participate fully.
