Previously we have challenged you to either meditate or do yoga for a certain amount of time, but this weeks challenge allows you to
experiment, and find an exercise that suits you.
If you haven't tried any of these exercises then, use this week's challenge as an opportunity to learn more about yoga and meditation.
Both of these stress management exercises have several benefits.
