Stop Complaining

In this week's challenge you must Stop Complaining. Yes, that's right you must not complain for an entire week. With Thanksgiving being this Thursday I figured why not have less negativity around you and more positive energy to be thankful for what you have today. When living out our daily lives, it's often easy to look around and blame the world for our problems. While it's true that there are things in the outside world we can't control, the biggest difference between two people is simply their reaction towards it. So why should you stop complaining? Here are some reasons that I believe - if you truly understand them - will help you move forward and live a less stressful life.

Benefits of Stopping Complaining:
1. Attain Inner peace
2. Boost in your productivity
3. Let go of the past
4. Become a nicer person
5. Smile a lot more
6. Become a generally happier
7. More energy for things you love doing
8. Greater clarity of mind and improved creativity
9. Improved sense of perspective
10. Optimistic mind-set
11. Better health
12. Lower Blood Pressure
13. A can-do attitude
14. Self-Acceptance and acceptance of what is
15. Less noise in your head
