In this week's challenge you must Eat More Vegetables. Eating vegetables provides health benefits - people who eat more fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to heave a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.

  • Reduces risk for stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases.
  • Reduces risk of getting type 2 diabetes.
  • Protects against certain cancers, such as stomach and colon-rectum cancer.
  • Fight bloat
  • Reduces the risk of developing kidney stones and may help to decrease bone loss.
  • Helps lower calorie intake
  • Reduces the risk of heart disease, and obesity
  • Lowers blood pressure
