Annual Health Exam

In this week's challenge you must Go To The Doctors For A Health Exam. When you were little, your parents probably made sure you had an annual checkup with your doctor. But as you've grown older, you may have gotten out of this habit. So if you haven't done so already this year, go to the doctor for a check up.

I know, I know. Why should I go. I'm completely healthy. I'll either lose a day at work or I just don't have the time. Well let me give you a few reasons why you should still go to the doctors even if you are healthy..

Why Should You Go To The Doctor For Your Health Exam?
  • To establish a good relationship with your physician
  • To establish your health risk
  • To keep your body in check
  • To keep your mind in check
  • To get a good night's sleep
  • For prevention, prevention, prevention
