In this week's challenge you must Take a vitamin Y(Yoga) . It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Don’t be intimidated by yoga terminology, fancy yoga studios and complicated poses. Yoga is for everyone.

  1. Respect Your Body’s Inner Wisdom And Limitations

    Don’t push yourself to do anything that feels dangerous or wrong for you.

    Yoga is finding a healthier, deeper harmony between our body and mind, and our breathing is central to this. Breathe into your whole body in the poses, and relax.


  3. Pair exercise with something else.

    Save your favorite podcast for when you exercise, or only allow yourself to watch your favorite show or listen to your favorite album when you’re on the treadmill.


  4. Don’t Compare Yourself With Others

    Yoga is not a spectator sport or a competition. Look inwards and appreciate your own progress


  5. Be Aware Of The Space Around You

    Leave enough space between yourself and other things or people around you


  6. Make Practice Frequent

    Even 15 minutes a day of few well-chosen poses can have a very positive effect on your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
