In this week's challenge you must 30-45 minutes morning walk . A 30-45 minutes walk in the morning can change your life!. You might argue that walking is walking, regardless of what time of the day you choose to do it; and you would be wrong. However, working up a cardio sweat with a morning walk will up your metabolism for the entire day and keep you feeling energized and ready to take on anything. Also, taking the morning walk habit is easy because there are fewer disruptions to distract you from your daily routine. Studies also say that endurance levels are higher in the mornings than evenings so you will be able to push yourself more and burn more calories during a morning walk than at some other time of the day.

  1. Walking gives you energy for the rest of the day

    When we take a brisk walk in the morning, our body's systems gets quickly activated. Pulse rate rapidly increases, perspiration begins to flow, and we suddenly feel a level of alertness about ourselves and our environment. In no time at all, by moving your body in the form of a morning walk, you have taken yourself from lethargy to high energy. Circulation and hormonal balance improve while your feeling of mental sharpness and general refreshment skyrocket.

    By walking in the morning, you get your exercise out of the way first thing in your day. You have no time for procrastination if you get out the door and do the walking soon after you wake up and start your day.
