In this week's challenge you must practice kapalbhati pranayam . Cranium = head (head) ; Bhati = shining; Pranayam = breathing process. ‘Kapalbhati’ means ‘shining forehead’ in Sanskrit and ‘Pranayam’ means ‘breathing exercise’. When you do Kapalbhati Pranayama, 40% of the toxic substances go out of your body with outgoing breath. With the continuous practice of Kapalabhati Pranayama, all the organs of the body are freed from the toxic element. Any healthy person can be identified by his shining forehead (head or head). It is possible to get a shine or shine on the head only if you practice this pranayama every day . This means that your forehead does not just shine from outside but this pranayama will help your intellect. Also makes clean and sharp.
- Sit on the flat floor and fold your legs. keep the spine straight and close the eyes.
- Keep the right palm on right knee and left palm on left knee.
- Take a long deep breath inside.
- Exhale, pull your stomach inward. Draw your stomach in such a way that it touches the spine. Do as much as you can. You can feel the contraction of the abdominal muscles by placing a hand on your stomach. Draw the navel inward.
- The breath automatically reaches your lungsa,as soon as you release the muscles of the stomach
- To complete one sequence (round) of Kapalbhati Pranayam, exhale 20 breaths.
- After a round is over, relax and close your eyes. Feel the excitement manifested by pranayam in your body.
- Complete two more rounds (rounds) of Kapalabhati Pranayam.
- It increases the metabolic process and helps in reducing weight .
