to promote a healthier lifestyle. In this week's challenge we would like to focus on an another significant factor in wellness; mental health.
Did you know that high levels of stress actually increases blood pressure?
An increase in blood pressure greatly increases your risk in heart diseases. Relieving stress is a great way to help decrease the risk, and a simple solution to it is practicing meditation.
