7-Day Total Body Pilates Challenge

In this week's challenge you must do pilates 30 mins a day for 7 days. Whether you are new to Pilates or had already been practicing, this 7 Day Pilates program is for anyone looking to improve their core stability, flexibility, mobility and enjoy the benefits of the deep mind body connection that consistent practice brings.

Your 7 Day Challenge Plan:

Day 1 : Active Breathing and Core Engagement (20 min)

Day 2 : Core Strengthening - Pre Pilates (35 min)

Day 3 : Abdominal and Hips Strengthening - Beginner (15 min)

Day 4 : Full-Body Stretch (41 min)

Day 5 : Pre-Pilates Flow Mat + Masterclass: Pelvic Curl (45 min)

Day 6 : Upper Body Strengthening - Beginner (15 min)

Day 7 : Mat Flow for Beginner (36 min)

Challenge guidance:

  • Make sure to drink at least 1.5 liters or 50 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
  • Make sure you get enough sleep, 7-9 hours plus each night.
  • Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, white rice, pasta, cereal, etc.) and replace them with vegetables and fruits.
  • This challenge can be extended longer than 7 days if you feel you need to repeat classes or fine-tune your technique.

The Weekly Health Challenge is a self-audited program designed to motivate the JCSC Wellness participants in reducing BMI on a weekly basis.

How it works:
1. Each week there will be a new health challenge. You can accept the challenge by accepting the pledge for each challenge. You can only accept a challenge from midnight on Sunday to midnight on Tuesday.

2. At the end of the week, you can declare if you have completed the challenge. You can only mark a challenge as completed from midnight on Sunday to midnight on Tuesday.

3. Every week, the participants that complete the challenge will be recognized on this page.
