Similarly, it is also acceptable to follow the challenge of eating 4 hours before you go to bed. Medical research proves that it is essential you have some time in between your dinner and sleep to have time to digest your food. If it's less than 4 hours, the food then gets stored in fat reserves (which are ultimatley the hardest to lose!)

Tips for this challenge:
(1) Eat something for dinner that is relatively light and digests quickly. Dinner should not be your heaviest meal.
(2) Sleep early. If you stay up longer, you will get a second burst of hunger usually around 11pm.
(3) Plan and prepare your day to carve out time to eat earlier.

The Weekly Health Challenge is a self-audited program designed to motivate the JCSC Wellness participants in reducing BMI on a weekly basis.

How it works:
1. Each week there will be a new health challenge. You can accept the challenge by accepting the pledge for each challenge. You can only accept a challenge from midnight on Sunday to midnight on Tuesday.

2. At the end of the week, you can declare if you have completed the challenge. You can only mark a challenge as completed from midnight on Sunday to midnight on Tuesday.

3. Every week, the participants that complete the challenge will be recognized on this page.
